Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By making a purchase you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a contract between you (the client) and us (Boogie World).


All classes, courses and workshops are supplied by Boogie World). In these Terms “we”/”us”/”our” means Boogie World. And “you”/”your”/”yours” means you, the direct client.


The date, time and cost of each class/course/workshop will be shown clearly on the online timetable. Classes must be paid for at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.


Payments can be made online. Please note the expiration date of the product you purchase. Once a purchase has been made, refunds and transfers are not permitted. In some circumstances, account credits may be made and later redeemed in the way of classes, workshops, or other services Boogie World may offer.


We have the right to cancel your booking at any time for any or no reason. In the event that we cancel a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by email, another messaging service (e.g. Whatsapp) or telephone to let you know. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are up-to-date you have provided. Whenever available, at the time of cancellation we will offer you to be transferred to a class at an alternative date and time or extend the expiry date of your class package (where applicable).




Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend the class. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us by e-mail or another messaging service. Prices are subject to change at any time before we accept your booking. All classes are offered by us subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time.




You understand that physical and recreational activities, such as those offered by Boogie World, can be strenuous and hazardous. You understand that you may experience bodily injury and potential health risks to you and/or your baby that could lead to possible serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, the following: injuries to you and/or your baby, including injuries the body including muscle, ligaments, tendons, and joints, momentary light-headedness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, disorders of the heart rhythm, chest discomfort, leg cramps, nausea, stroke, and heart attack.

Understanding these risks, you fully accept and assume all such risks, whether known to you or reasonably foreseeable, and you fully accept and assume full responsibility for all losses, costs or damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the services provided by Boogie World, and you acknowledge that Boogie World shall not be liable to you in any way (except to the extent liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law).




You are taking a full responsibility for the baby carrier you are using. Boogie World can provide support on how to use it but you have the right to change it to the way you and your baby feel secure.




These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising pursuant to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
